Pattern Description
My little girl wants to wear princess dresses everyday….all day. Store bought costumes never hold up, are itchy, a pain to wash and to top it off expensive. It was such a fight to get her to change out of her play dresses to run an errand; so I created a soft, comfortable, wearable princess dress she can wear everyday! These are great dresses for vacations, dress up, gifts, Halloween, just wearing to the park or going to a ball! This pattern comes in size 6 months- 8 years. The pattern includes two different lengths, top or tunic, along with two different sleeve options, cuffed or elastic. It is peasant style that your daughter will be able to get on and off by herself, with elastic neck. The skirt is a full circle skirt, perfect for twirling! The front and back bodice and sleeves are all shaped for a great fit- not boxy! The sash ties are perfect for slender girls and for growth. Tie the sash in front or back for different looks. This pdf pattern is a beautiful, computer drafted, color coded pattern, there are 4 pattern pieces and measurements for top AND tunic length skirt. It also includes pieces and tutorial to create the 3″ fabric bow! Detailed, precise instructions with full color photos to teach and guide you along the way are perfect for beginners. Yardage requirements, tips, tricks and more are included! You will need Adobe Reader on your computer to open the PDF files.

This dress was a huge hit for Christmas. I made the 3 year old the dress and the 8 month old the top. So easy to sew and looks beautiful on.

Perfect for a Halloween costume, plus I love that she still wants to wear it often 🙂 It went well with the Olivia Bloomers!

I made a Minnie tunic for my daughter’s Halloween costume. It turned out so cute! She wore it constantly, even after Halloween! The directions were great and the fit was wonderful, too. It’s also great for an everyday shirt. Since it has the tie, I made it a size bigger and got tons of wear out of it!
