Women’s Alana Features:

• •Made for knit fabrics.
• •Choose from a front high or low v neckline.
• •The back can have a high or low v neck, or a low scoop back. Add an optional strap or ties across the low back options.
• •6 hemline options: crop, top, curved top, mini, dress, or maxi length.
• •You can add low, mid, or high side slits on the mini, dress, or maxi options.
• •Plus add optional inseam pockets!
• •The neckline, straps, and armscyes are finished with knit binding

Sizes (includes both imperial and metric measurements):

• •Fits upper bust sizes 31″-53″ or 78.7-134.6 cm
• •Fits full bust sizes 30″-60″ or 76.2-153.4 cm
• •Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ or 58.4-134.6 cm.
• •Fits full hip sizes: 34″-64″ or 86.3 – 162.5 cm.

Skill level:

• •Confident beginner

Suggested Fabrics:

• •Drafted for light to medium weight knits with at least 40% stretch, some vertical stretch, good recovery, and good drape.
  • •Rayon spandex, double brushed poly, bamboo lycra, ITY, lighter weight cotton lycra, etc.
  • •Thicker fabrics with less stretch will feel more fitted. Slinky fabrics, such as bamboo lycra, and rayon spandex, will feel looser and may grow with wear.
• •For bindings, you need knit fabric with 50% stretch and good recovery.

Notions:

• •3/8″ clear elastic for straps
• •Optional tie- any fabrics, cording, lace, etc.
• •Optional: wash away hem tape, knit twin needle, tube turner for optional tie.
• •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, and marking tool. Ballpoint, stretch, or jersey needle.
