It’s already been so much fun seeing everyone’s progress on their capsules this month! It’s not too late to join the fun; check out all the contest info here, and scope out the M4M and P4P FB groups for TONS of inspo and ideas if you’re feeling stuck.
Still spending an obscene amount of time inside your own house? Not to worry – you can still look as put together as Megan T. and Judy with a loungewear capsule.
Megan – Made for Mermaids Loungewear Capsule
Made for Mermaids’ Lounge and Lace Collection makes it SO SO easy to throw together a capsule. Megan wasn’t even *planning* a capsule, she just happened to have several pieces that go together perfectly! First up, the Nicky sweater and Lexi Loungers are super cozy by themselves:
Up the cozy factor by adding the Spencer Robe, and layer Nicky over a Bridgette Bralette:
Add to your loungewear capsule collection by sewing up a Colleen Cardigan, a Fierce or Dani sports Bra, and a pair of Pegs! Megan’s sports bra and leggings here are ready to wear, but you can easily make your own to complement your capsule! I think all three pieces fit in perfectly with the Nicky, Lexi, Spencer, and Bridgette already shown. PSST! Did you know she made that Colleen cardi out of a blanket? SO CUTE. Want a little more coverage? You could sew up Bree instead.
Stella is another great option for a capsule, and it’s a piece you could use several times and get different looks! I love this one featuring another Bridgette bralette. Megan could pair this with her sports bra and leggings, the Lexi Loungers, layer under Spencer, or throw on a pair of jeans to head out of the house too!
Need a few more pieces to round out your capsule? Ava (or Tess, if you want to stay in the Lounge and Lace Collection) and Deanna are good choices too.
Love, love, love the blues and pinks in all of these pieces. Now we just need Megan to model all the outfit combo options, right!?!!?
Judy – Patterns for Pirates Loungewear Capsule
Judy is just as gorgeous in her loungewear. I really need to follow their lead and step up my lounge game!! If you’ve taken a peek at Judy’s instagram, she’s posted several videos that show different outfits using the same few pieces. One of the most versatile pieces in the P4P line up is the recent Cozy Wrap! Judy paired it with a Be Bold Bodysuit Crop option and the Cozy pants for a gorgeous monochromatic look.
The crop option would also be great to throw under the Sweater Weather top. Need some other layering options? Try the Fierce Bra or Cross My Heart Cami! I love the light pink and sage colors together and think they work perfectly in a capsule together.
This basic white Be Bold Bodysuit is another great capsule piece. It would look perfect paired with either of the Cozy Pants above, or with jeans and a Cozy Wrap!
Of course, new undies are always a good choice too! These Be Bold Bodysuit options are great as pajamas, layering pieces, wearing solo, and more. Complete the sets with matching Fierce Undies. Both tops would work great under either Sweater Weather or paired with the Cozy Wrap, and could be matched up with either pair of Cozy Pants.
Love all of Judy’s pieces, and can’t wait to copy some of her looks for my own loungewear capsule!! Which piece is your fave???
We hope you’re enjoying getting some new pieces sewn up for your own wardrobe, whatever your capsule theme might be! Don’t forget to share your progress with us each week. We’re so excited to see all of the finished capsules, but love seeing the process too!!
