Me Made May is always such a fun month in the sewing community; the challenge for the month can be as simple or as extravagant as you make it. The basic idea, though, is that each day during the month of May, you aim to wear one piece of clothing that *you* made. New to sewing or the sewing community and want to know more about the history of Me Made May? Check out the creator’s post here. We hope you have fun this month sewing new items, breathing new life in to old items, and getting inspiration from others that sew.
Today’s post is a round up of the second week of Me Made May posts from the team, PLUS some of our team favorites from the Facebook group! We LOVE seeing what you make each day, and are so thankful that you choose to share your creations with us on social media!
NOTE: As some of these are older patterns, they may not be available in our full current adult size range, and/or may not be available in A0 or projector files. Be sure to check the size chart and information posted with each listing!
Week 2 Round Up:
Christina
Anna’s flutter sleeve Christina top is the perfect addition to any wardrobe! Pair it with black pants for an easy office look, or stick with jeans for a more casual option.
Tella
The low armscye on Livia’s Tella tank is great for workouts, or showing off lacy bralettes! Livia’s ready for anything with this pin dot Tella.
Stephanie
Catherine + the Stephanie romper = total vacation vibes. What’s on your travel bucket list?
Natalya
Kelly’s version of the Natalya dress is PERFECT for warm weather weddings, graduations, awards ceremonies, and more.
Heidi
We can’t hide (pun intended!) our love for the Heidi halter top! Megan’s came version pairs perfectly with basic black leggings.
Stevie
Time to elevate your spring and summer sleep sets? The Stevie pattern has you covered! We love this dainty floral set.
April
One of our favorite parts of May? APRIL! This casual, comfy dress is a must-have for the warmer months, and Rachel’s Swiss dot dress is a great way to showcase your favorite statement necklace.
