My-Oh-Mya!! Last week, we released the first new mama and girl patterns of 2016, Mya and Mama Mya! Just like the name, Mya is sweet, sassy, and stylish! Let’s take a moment to break down the awesomeness of each pattern, shall we?? But first, here’s a dose of Mommy and Me cuteness:
Mya for Girls~ Knit semi-flared A-line. Best suited for Rayon blends, sweater knits, jersey, and cotton lycra. Available in sizes 1/2 through 14.
Options include:
*Top, Curved Tunic, and Dress length
*Short, 3/4, or Long sleeves
*Neckband or Cowl
*Neck ruffle
*Sleeve ruffle
*Hem ruffle
Mama Mya~ Knit, semi-flared A-line. Best suited for Rayon blends, light-to medium-weight sweater knits, and cotton lycra. Depending on the fabric content, Mama Mya will will drape differently on your body. The testers’ favorites were rayon blends for a nice, drapey/flowy top. Sweater knits were also popular!
Options include:
*Top, Curved Tunic, and Dress length
*Short, 3/4, or Long sleeves
*Neckband or Cowl
After making all these Mya’s, you definitely need an easy, knit headband pattern to go with them! Here you go… The Knit Headband pattern! It comes in 4 sizes, (baby, toddler, child, adult), uses knit scraps, and is super fast. It is all one piece to tie on. Easy-peasy and oh so cute!!
HTV!!!
Mya and Mama Mya are great canvases to display embroidery or the popular Heat Transfer Vinyl craze that we are all crushing on right now!! Heat Transfer Vinyl = HTV 😉
