We had such a great week with all of the talented bloggers! So much inspiration for all sorts of vacations from beach vacations, camping, stay-cations and even inspiration for a trip to Scotland. I live in the Okanagan area of British Columbia and its a beautiful area especially in the summer and honestly I don’t really want to go far when it’s so beautiful here.  We are surrounded by lakes and mountains and it is the perfect area to go camping or should I say glamping cause if I am honest I am just not the type of girl who can rough it. My parents recently moved into a RV park in the wine capital of BC so our vacation plan this summer is to go camp in our tent trailer right by my parents.  We spend lots of time just hanging out at the lake so my first outfit is for just that hanging out at the campsite.  I used the Mama Lea romper to make a cute casual outfit.  I was completely terrified of wearing a romper, crazy right?! I may now be a romper convert cause I am loving how comfy this is!  Now you are going to have to imagine my tent trailer and lounge chair cause my vacation isn’t until August.

Now I mentioned I’m camping in the Wine Capital of Canada right? Obviously I will be hitting up some of the local wineries for some tastings and bring wine back to my campsite. Nothing is more relaxing to me on vacation then a good book and a glass of wine.  Again use your imagination and pretend you can see all the pretty grape vines on the rolling hills cause I am telling you it is breath taking at some of these wineries or maybe I just tasted a little to much wine.  😉  I used the Mama Cassie pattern for my bodice and then added the maxi skirt from the Mama Sommer pattern for this look.  I choose fabric in deep wine tones to go with the wine theme and I’m in love with this dress, I’m a sucker for the off the shoulder bodice on Mama Cassie.
