Today is Day 2 of our sew-a-long! We will be prepping the optional ruffles, and sewing up our bodice side seams.

Don’t forget:

• You can use woven for the bodice ruffle! Just be sure to do a narrow hem to prevent fraying
• There is no hem allowance for either ruffle; for knit ruffles, leave hem raw or do a rolled hem
• Need a little help with gathering? We have more tips here!
• Don’t gather your neckline ruffle yet!
