Thanks to everyone for joining us on our 2018 Back to School blog tour last week! We hope you found a little bit of inspiration for you last bit of summer sewing. Did you miss a day? Not to worry! Check out the week in review below:
Day 1: Wild and Wanderful, Rebel and Malice, mama & little e
Day 2: Argyle & Pearls, Indoor Shannon, All Things Katy
Day 3: It’s Liesel, Idle Sunshine, Kainara Stitches
Day 4: Made for Mermaids, The Needle and the Belle
Day 5: Made for Mermaids Team
We also loved seeing some of your back to school sewing in our Facebook group. Our featured mermaids for the #m4mback2school2018 contest are Emily, Courtney, and Jessica!
Emily’s Adeline
Emily made a precious Magic School Bus themed Adeline for her daughter! How cute is her little one?! Did you see her adorable pig shoes, too?!
Courtney’s Lea
Courtney made this perfect Lea romper for her daughter’s back to school wardrobe. Lea is trendy and comfy, and especially great for our kids when RTW rompers just don’t fit quite right! Courtney’s daughter looks ready for the school year to get started!
Jessica’s Outfits
Jessica was working on cute outfits for both of her girls! She made Bonny leggings, Nina (left), Patterns for Pirates Me Hearties Peplum (right), and scrunchies! I love that both of her daughters got an outfit that fits their individual personalities and interests; one of the best parts of sewing for our kids!
We hope all of your little ones (and not-so-little ones) have a wonderful school year!
