Made for Mermaids Sewing Patterns are digital downloads. You will print OR project them at home, OR send them to a copy shop to print. This is not a physical garment or pattern and nothing will be mailed to you.

Bryce is a sexy and fun knit pattern full of options. The front features a deep v-center panel. Spice it up by using mesh or lace for the center panel or use regular fabric for a more modest, color-blocked look. The front neckline is finished with knit binding. The back neckline is a v with a center seam. The back and armscyes are finished with a lining. Choose from a short or long underbust band. The crop option can also have enclosed elastic in either band option. The skirted options are a flattering 1/2 circle skirt in 3 lengths: peplum, mini, or dress. The mini or dress can have optional inseam pockets. Choose to add removable or fixed cups for added coverage. Dress Bryce up for special occasions or wear it casually as a workout top!!

• •Fits upper bust sizes 31″-53″ or 78.7-134.6 cm
• •Fits full bust sizes 30″-60″ or 76.2-153.4 cm
• •Fits under bust sizes 26″-52″ or 66-132.1 cm
• •Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ or 58.4-134.6 cm.
• •Fits full hip sizes: 34″-64″ or 86.3 – 162.5 cm.

Skill level:

• •Intermediate- Working with more delicate fabrics like mesh or lace may be more difficult for a beginner. The lining and knit binding may also be a challenge for a beginner sewist.

Suggested Fabrics:

• •Fabric content will affect the fit. Drafted for medium-weight athletic knits with at least 40% horizontal stretch, some vertical stretch, and strong recovery.
  • •Athletic brushed poly, performance, tricot, supplex, nylon spandex, poly nylon spandex, etc.
  • •Cotton lycra or brushed polyester may be used, but will fit looser and will not have the same support.
  • •Stretch mesh or lace can be used for the center bodice insert.
  • •An inner lining of power net or techsheen is strongly recommended for adding more support.

Notions:

• •1.5″ knit elastic for enclosed elastic band option.
• •Optional: 1/4″ or 3/8″ clear elastic, soft bra cups for removable or fixed cup option.
• •Optional – 1/2″ wash away hem tape
• •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, and marking tool. Ball point, stretch, or jersey needle. Knit twin needle optional.
