Savannah is a romantic and dramatic top and tunic featuring a banded, square neckline.

Women’s Savannah Features:

• •Gathered sleeve in 3 sleeve lengths: short, 3/4, 0r long.
• •2 sleeve hemline options on all lengths: elastic (creates a puff/bishop sleeve) or hemmed (creates a retro/angle sleeve).

Suggested Fabrics:

• •*Fabric content will affect the drape and fit. Choose a light to medium weight knit.
  • Ribbed knit, rayon spandex, bamboo, modal, ITY, double brushed polyester, cotton lycra, sweater knits, french terry spandex, waffle knit, etc.
• For the neckband, choose a knit with a lot of stretch and good recovery, such as cotton lycra or knit ribbing to prevent any neckline rippling and to keep the neckline from stretching out.
  • Note- if you are using fabrics with very strong recovery (custom cotton lycra, double brushed polyester, etc.), you may want to add width to your neckband, otherwise it may pull/ripple your neckline.

Notions:

• •Elastic sleeve hem: 1/4″ elastic
• •Optional: 1/4″ or 3/8″ clear elastic, 1/2″ wash away hem tape, knit twin needle.
• •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, and marking tool. Ballpoint, stretch, or jersey needle.
